Private Office

A completely private 700 square foot space with a beautiful peek-a-boo view serves as the main office, library and private coaching space. There's Body Blades, Safety Tubes, an EFI Gravity Trainer, balance equipment, dumbells and more. You will feel completely at ease while you have your private coach's complete and undivided attention and you can focus 100% on achieving your goals.

Pool Room Oasis

A 40' by 80' room with 18' ceilings houses the indoor salt water pool, large change room, bathroom, shower and Chakra Shakes Smoothie Bar(tm). The pool is 20' by 40' and has a shallow end as well as a large deep end for shallow and deep water exercise as well as aqua therapy. The pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable 80 - 84 degrees fahrenheit for your swimming and fitness activities. We offer a large assortment of flotation belts, aquafit tubes and aqua bells to add variety and challenge to your in-pool workouts. Avoid the crowds at the public pools and enjoy the benefits of having the pool all to your selves. There is no limit except in our collective imagination to the variety of classes and services we will be offering in the future and we look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with you, our treasured clients.

The Gym

Wow!! This is it...the centre piece of the playground experience! 1800 square feet of FUN, SWEAT, ENCOURAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION. Growing ourselves up was never supposed to be about giving up our ability to play and embrace our child-like qualities. In fact, it is in our resistance to allow ourselves the time and space to enjoy life fully that we become resentful, angry, depressed and childish. The Holistic Health Playground was created for that wonderful child in all of us and this is the room where you can enjoy the best workout of your life. There are spin bikes, rowers, a high speed incline treadmill, a skating treadmill, medicine balls, gymnastic rings, a batting cage and pitching machine, a punching bag, kettlebells, half racks and olympic weights, functional trainers, plyo boxes, sand bags, stability balls, Bosus, TRX Trainers, resistance tubes, yoga mats, cones, agility ladders, hurdles, balance boards, a Vertimax jump trainer, a basketball net and much more!! You have to see and experience it to believe it and you won't believe the fun you can have getting in the best shape of your life!!
