Those are pretty typical reactions when people first arrive at Cross-Trainers Holistic Health Playground. It's something you'll have to see to believe! When you first arrive on the property, you are struck with the beautifully landscaped grounds and the magnificent view! From there you walk past the perfectly flat 7200 square foot front lawn and it's 180 degree view of the ocean, Sechelt and the Trail Islands. You will be immediately struck with the realization that this would be the perfect setting for Yoga, Bootcamps and Speed, Agility & Quickness Training! From there you will come to the entrance to the 'recreation centre' and the indoor pool. That's right! A 20' by 40' - 40,000 gallon salt water pool complete with flotation belts, aqua dumbells and kickboards. Everything you need for a fantastic aquafit workout!! There's also a smoothie bar for that pre or post-workout pick-me-up, a 150 square foot change room and a bathroom complete with shower. Adjacent to the pool room is a 700 square foot office for Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Holistic Coaching, postural and physical assessments and corrective or remedial exercise in a completely private setting with that wonderful view. If that wasn't enough, on the other side of the pool room is an 1800 square foot private gym with 18 foot ceilings and a spectacular array of sports, strength, fitness, cardio and conditioning equipment. Literally, a playground for the health and fitness enthusiast, weekend warrior or serious athlete! You'll be chomping at the bit to get started and we can't wait to get you going!!
Our Holistic Health Playground was the result of a long time vision for a private and group coaching centre where people could come and literally play at feeling empowered, healthy and bursting with vitality. Our coaches are eager and passionate to give you a fun, effective, informative and comprehensive fitness experience with one on one, buddy, small group, group and team options all available.
